With over 200% growth in our mapping ALTA (American Land Title Association) division since 2006, CES is the optimum choice for the most selective of clientele. The ALTA/ACSM (American Congress Survey Mapping) survey, well known as the "Cadillac of Surveys," requires an intense and thorough process by the surveyor in due diligence review of items which affect usage, lender, owner liability and title insurability.
The Retreat Golf Course
Our ALTA division is comprised of surveyors with over 500-various ALTA map between them, not to mention Right-of-Way and boundary expertise. The largest CES ALTA this year to date, was The Retreat Golf course. A beautiful 280-acre course surrounded by million dollars homes on the south side of Corona, just a stones throw from the new architecturally recognized Dos Logos shopping mall.
CES Location


The Corona location of CES is at the entry way to the Inland Empire, while still providing access to the large Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Our strategy for 2007 is to maintain CES quality while servicing the increasing demand for ALTA services.
CES has proven to be a reliable partner in due diligence land investment, development and finance teams, not only by supplying ALTA/ACSM maps but by our Environmental division providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Services, testing and remediation services, and our Civil Engineering division providing engineering forensic and design engineering.
