Calvada Environmental Services (CES), Inc and NOVACOM is pleased to introduce the four newest members to join our team. With these additions, we ensure the continuation of delivering the excellent customer service that all of our clients have come to expect and deserve.
David Holloway, Sr. CAD Tech II/ Project Coordinator

David brings to CES over 5-years of experience in the Land Surveying field. He has worked on various projects including: ALTA surveys, Parcel Maps, Tract Maps and Topographic Surveys. David's responsibilities include oversight and coordination of CAD drafting activities.

When not at work, David is working on finishing his four year degree in Aerospace Engineering and serving as a proud member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves. His hobbies include designing different aircraft and making scale models of them but he tells us that most of all he is an "Aerospace nerd."
Nathaniel Crawford, CAD Designer /Project Coordinator

Nathaniel comes to us with over 15- years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator and Architectural Designer in several fields of Commercial Architecture as well as nine years specializing in Telecommunications Development. He also brings extensive experience in Construction Risk Management and Commercial Insurance. His duties at CES include Production and Management of Architectural Designs Documents, and Coordinating client needs with our company's resources.

Nathaniel studied AutoCAD 2-d and 3-d design at MTI College in Orange, CA, and holds a California State Property and Casualty Insurance Broker's license. His hobbies include playing musical instruments, hiking, personal watercraft, and having fun with his children.
Kipper Hitter, CAD Designer/Project Coordinator

Kip (as he is known by clients and co-workers) works on the NOVACOM team as a Project Coordinator for our Telecommunications Division. He has been a Designer for nine years on various types of projects that include: Fuel Station Retrofit and Redesigns, Telecommunications sites, Residential sub-divisions and large Grading projects as well military facility projects on Travis Air Force Base.

Kip studied Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona and is an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoys motocross, surfing and camping.
Maria Morris, CAD Designer

Maria brings over 10-years experience in Architectural & Engineering Drafting to our NOCACOM division. She comes to us with a very diverse background having worked in commercial, residential and telecommunications Industries. She is certified in AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling and continues her improvement efforts by taking Building Code college courses.

Off work, Maria is a music teacher, instructing students to play the drums and tablas. She also directs two bands and plays in shows on a regular basis.
