Fontaine D
Douthett , Survey Manager - Fontaine began his survey career in Texas
in 1985 after his Honorable Discharge from the Army. He relocated to
California in 1987 working his way up to Party Chief where he has worked
on projects ranging from single lot boundaries to multi million dollar
construction projects. He received his Land Surveyor In Training (LSIT)
certificate in 2001 and has attended various classes and seminars to keep
up-to-date with the latest advances in field surveying. His hobbies include fishing, and biking. He also enjoys his time off as a Civil War re-enactor and participates in community based historical events. | ||||

Juan E Madrid, CAD
Technician - Juan has worked in the survey and mapping field for
7-years. his projects experience includes Parcel Maps, Tract Maps, ALTA
surveys and Topographic surveys. Juan graduated from ITT Technical
Institure in 2001 where he mastered Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). Juan is
planning to further his career in Land Surveying by taking his LSIT in
November of this year. He enjoys spending his time off with friends and family and his hobbies include: listening to music, riding ATV's, watching Baseball, Football, Baskeball and attending live sporting events. | ||

Juan C Frausto Jr,
CAD Technician - Juan has over 9-years of experience in CAD. He
acquired his Associate's Degree in Drafting from ITT Technical Institute
in 2004, and is currently continuing his education in civil engineering,
at the University of California Riverside (UCR ). His hobbies include: Martial Arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan Karate-DO and Wing-Chung. On his time off, Juan enjoys muscle cars and working on his 1980 Camaro and attending car shows. . | ||

Dale R Barnes, CAD
Technician - Dale joins NOVACOM A&E team with over 10-years
experience in civil engineering and land surveying. His expertise
includes; land development and planning, grading plans, street
improvements, site plans 3D rendering and site calculations. On his time off, Dale enjoys playing and watching Basketball. | ||
