Romy D. Ablao,
Project Manager / Sr. CAD Design Supervisor - Romy was born in the
Philippines and was raised in Seattle, Washington where he completed all
levels of education, finishing with an AA/AAS from Shoreline Community
College, specializing in AutoCAD and 3D modeling. From 1995-1999, he began
working as a drafter/designer for different architectural, structural and
mechanical engineering firms in Seattle. After marrying a beautiful, young, Filipina in 1999, he relocated to sunny Southern California, where he started his career in Wireless/Telecommunications. Romy comes to NOVACOM with over 10-years of Wireless/Telecommunications experience and is ready to learn more! During his free time, Romy loves to spend time with his wife, son and puppy, Mikko. They travel to Seattle at least once a year to visit his parents, sisters and their families. He enjoys watching sports (GO LAKERS), playing fantasy football and poker. Romy also plays basketball for his church's league. | ||||

Elaine S. Tilei,
CAD Technician - Elaine, inspired by her dad who was an architect for
over 20 years, led her to follow in his footsteps and attended ITT
Technical Institute where she acquired her degree in Drafting. She joins
our Team and adds over 5-years of experience and expertise to our Survey
CAD Division. Elaine is the 2nd oldest of 7 children and was born in Torrance California, but lived most of her childhood in American Samoa. Elaine enjoys spending quality time with family and caring for her 3 children. | ||

Troy G. Wines, CAD
Designer - Troy brings over 10 years of experience in the
Architectural & Engineering Drafting to our NOVACOM Division. He
really enjoys the variety of projects and the complexity of the drawings.
Troy says "NOVACOM has everything he needs, under one roof." He takes full
advantage of the close proximity of our professional staff. Troy and his family are very close. They often spend weekends together enjoying his home in Canyon Lake and living life to the fullest. . | ||
